Gender Equality Plan
The Gender Equality Plan of Proplast 2023-2025 is a set of commitments and actions that aim to promote gender equality in an organisation through a process of structural change. It has been planned in two years and is organized by goals and actions following the priority areas of the European Commission, that are:
- Develop a gender equality plan and raise awareness on equal opportunities, gender stereotypes and unconscious biases
- Promote and support research, development and innovation activities with a gender perspective
- Promote and support research, development and innovation activities with a gender perspective
- Improve individual well-being by strengthening work-life balance measures
- Implement measures to contrast gender-based violence
This plan is integrated with planning and the internal responsibilities, analysing the state of the art and, at the end of the activities, it will be possible to evaluate the impact achieved.
