Proplast and POLYMERIS are organising the sixth edition of the European Congress on Sustainable, Smart and Safe Eco-Plastics and Plastics on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 October 2024. After 5 successful editions in Lyon, Zaragoza and virtual format in 2022 and 2023 where participants gathered around themes such as eco-design, biopolymers and recycling, the 6th edition will take place in hybride format at Proplast’s headquarters in Alessandria.
The congress aims to highlight technological and commercial opportunities in the field of eco-plastics, connect leading companies with technology experts and start-ups, create cooperation for European companies, including SMEs, and foster scientific and technological exchanges between circular economy experts in the field of plastic processing developments and applications.
The event is aimed at all types of actors: start-ups, SMEs, ETIs, groups, academic laboratories, universities, technical centres and institutions.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Would you like to give a speech during the congress?
Please send us a summary of your proposed intervention (max. ½ page) by 12/06/2024.
The format of the intervention is: a project presentation (20′ format). Interventions may concern innovation or industrialisation projects, accessible or shared technology platforms (tools, equipment).
The number of presentations will be limited. Presentations will be selected on the basis of the innovative nature of the proposed expertise, its suitability to the theme of the day and the clarity of the abstract.
