SUBJECT: PRIVACY POLICY
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, CONSORZIO PROPLAST, with registered office in Via Roberto di Ferro, 86 – 15122 Alessandria (AL), informs you to be the data controller of your personal data to comply with all the obligations established by law and for the purposes and by means of the procedures mentioned below.
The processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations, which is performed, whether or not by automatic means, on personal data or set of personal data, even if not recorded in a database, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, processing, selection, blockage, adaptation or alteration, comparison, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. Such data will be processed through manual and/or computerised or telematic means.
A. Primary purposes for the processing of personal data
The personal data provided, also by means of pictures and videos, will be processed for purposes functional to the performance of the agreement and the provision of the service as well as for customer management, compliance with the accounting and tax obligations, business planning, internal control services, and management of disputes.
B. Communication and dissemination of personal data to pursue the primary purposes of the processing
The processing is carried out by the data controller and by the officers identified by CONSORZIO PROPLAST through the processing, including electronic processing, consultation, comparison with pre-set criteria and any other appropriate operation related to the achievement of the aforesaid purposes. Depending on the channel used by the customer to deal with CONSORZIO PROPLAST, the methods of processing may also be carried out by telephone, electronic means or post.
The achievement of the purposes at issue may also take place by transmission and communication of data to third parties, namely to parties authorised to the related processing of such data, in their capacity as officers empowered to perform or to provide specific services strictly functional to the performance of the agreement (also by means of continuous processing), such as IT service companies, outsourcing companies, and consultants and freelancers, all of which in accordance with the statutory provisions on data protection.
B.1. Mandatory or optional nature of the consent to pursue the primary purposes for the processing of personal data
The provision of the aforesaid data is optional but necessary to stipulate and maintain the commercial and supply relationships.
Any denial to provide for such data results in the impossibility to perform the activities requested for concluding and performing the agreement and the impossibility to establish or maintain commercial relationships with you.
C. Secondary purposes for the processing of personal data
The personal data used for promotion, advertising or marketing means may be collected also by means of pictures and videos.
D. Communication and dissemination of personal data to pursue the secondary purposes of the processing
The data processed may be communicated to third parties for promotional, advertising or marketing purposes. In order to pursue such purposes, CONSORZIO PROPLAST reserves the possibility to disseminate such data by means of advertising material, websites or other disclosure channels.
D.1. Mandatory or optional nature of the consent to pursue the secondary purposes of the processing of personal data
The provision of such data is optional.
Any denial to provide for such data results in the impossibility to carry out promotional, advertising or marketing activities by CONSORZIO PROPLAST.
E. Data retention period and other information.
The personal data provided will be preserved until the processing purposes have been achieved or until – if previously – the specific consent by the interested party has been revoked.
F. Data Controller, Data Processor and Data Protection Officer.

G. The exercise of rights by the interested party.
In relation to the processing of the aforesaid data, pursuant to Articles 13, para. 2 sub-paras. (b), (c), (d), 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the Regulation, this is to inform you that the interested party has:
a) the right to be confirmed the existence of his/her personal data, and the communication of such data and its related origin in an intelligible form, as well the logic on which the processing is based;
b) the right to have the data processed pursuant to law erased, altered anonymously or restricted;
c) the right to update, correct or, if so requested, to supplement the data. Moreover, the interested party has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the personal data concerning the same;
d) the right to request the Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, to access, correct or to erase the personal data or to restrict the processing related to the interested party or to oppose the processing thereof, in the applicable cases;
e) the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Authority for the protection of personal data;
f) the right to revoke its consent, at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to revocation;
g) the right to receive the personal data provided by a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and legible from an automatic device and to transmit such data to another data controller without hinderance (the “right to data portability”).
